Close to Rome and big rooms. Stayed at this hotel for Christmas. Good location close to Rome, only a short drive away. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel had a nice view and offered a complimentary breakfast.

Poor service and outdated facilities.

The refurbishing of this hotel is just excellent from the hall to the bedrooms. Beds are confortable. Most employees are very nice and helpful. Meeting rooms service is good and people very pleasant.

Unfortunately, the first room ran out of water in the middle of the night. The second room had no air-conditioning, neither the fridge was working and nothing has been fixed for the rest of the stay (3nights). Also soap and shampoo are not provided systematically. It is under request, which is weird for a 4*/3* hotel. The internet connection in sometimes challenging in the room through the tv cable and wifi only available in the lobby, nor in the the restaurant neither in the bar.

The hotel is 20 km from Rome if you don't have a car it's complicate to get to Rome and from Rome

We had a great stay at this hotel during our business trip. The location was incredibly convenient for us as it was close to the Olimpia center where the convention we were attending was located. We also appreciated the fact that we had easy access to the city center of Rome, thanks to the helpful shuttle service provided by the hotel. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. The room itself was modern and comfortable, with a super cozy bed and pillows that provided a great night's sleep.

In conclusion, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area, whether for business or leisure. With its great location, comfortable rooms, and top-notch service, it truly provides an enhanced level of comfort and quality that is worth experiencing.

A clean and bright hotel but giving the impression of being designed for business people. Quite well located outside the centre of Rome for easy access to the airports. Plenty of car parking space. Defect in room repaired quickly. Good for a one-night stay.

Not in a very pleasant area (more of an industrial estate) or very easy to find. Staff rather impersonal, drink and food very expensive. Unable to use laptop in room and got the impression that this was a common occurrence, although we could use it in a communal area.

There was not aircondition for two nights and it was damaged . they informed me wrong information . I am un satisfy from this hotel , we can book much better hotel with half price . I expect to return money of half amount .

Recently renewed and great pool

During my xmas stay, I was pleased with the recently-refurbished rooms, providing a modern and fashionable space. The hotel's location, with many great tourist spots nearby and being only minutes away from major transportation hubs, ensured we could make the most of our holiday. But the real highlight of our stay was the incredible swimming pool, with ample seating around the area, making it a great place to spend the day.

The ambiance and staff were uninviting, making us feel unwelcome at times. The selection of meals offered was limited, and the standard fell below expectations.

Room has modern style

No food in frigobar in the room, you need to go to machine outside.

The accomodations are really of a 4 star hotel. Nice room with big bathroom. Huge swimming pool...

The service is way below a 2 star hotel. Reception staff has absolutly no interest in solving our problems. The breakfast is a joke: 2 types of bread, pie and yogurt. No eggs, bacon, sausages, cakes, etc... On the description of the hotel they say that they have free wifi all over the hotel. Big lie. The wifi is only in the lobby and the internet in the bedroom is charged (they give you 1 hour a day for free). I complained about that with Booked.net and they were extremely helpful contacting the hotel. But after my complaint they left me without internet for 3 days saying there was a problem with the cable network. Terrible experience!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The hotel had great transportation options to the convention center and Rome city centre. The restaurant's dinner was particularly notable. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and the helpful staff at checkout.

Don't have any issues at all.

- food (both breakfast & dinner) - very small room (double converted to triple - we could barely walk around)

Convenient location for events at Olimpia centre and train access to Rome downtown city. Rooms are comfortable and modern with stylish décor. the bathroom is well-maintained and equipped with essential toiletries.

The hotel could improve its service quality compared to other 4-star hotels.

The style of the hotel, the rooms were also very nice.

The front desk were rude on almost every interaction. The general feel of the hotel was cold, and unwelcoming. The bed was very low and a little uncomfortable.
